About the event
Kanadia return to their hometown of Oxford to release their highly anticipated second album 'June'. The new album is a follow up to their 2019 self-titled debut which was launched to a sold out O2 Academy Oxford. Kanadia return with an album that is larger and darker than ever.
Conceptualised around personal and long-lived battles with mental health. 'June' is themed around moments of introspection, fear, anger and despair all juxtaposed against the large stadium-sized reverb drenched rock that Kanadia are building a reputation for.
The album will be performed in its entirety along with tracks new and old. The new album will be available on Deluxe Vinyl at the show along with a band signing. Support comes good friends from Bedd and Juniper Nights. Bedd is a musical project lead by singer, songwriter and producer Jamie Hyatt, Jamie is a longstanding Oxford musician known for his previous bands The Family Machine, The Daisies…
